- Principal uses shall be as follows:
- Agriculture. Farming activities, including tilling of the soil, raising of vegetables or food crops and raising of livestock, horses, or poultry are permitted in accordance with the following provisions:
- Minimum lot area: five acres.
- No storage of manure or odor or dust-producing substance be permitted within 150 feet of any property line.
- No building in which farm animals are kept shall be closer than 150 feet to any adjoining lot line.
- A single-family detached residence is permitted on a lot which is used for agriculture, provided that it meets the lot area and dimensional requirements for the single-family detached dwelling in the district in which the lot is located.
