Section §200-68

1. Principal uses shall be as follows:
   1. Agriculture. Farming activities, including tilling of the soil, raising of vegetables or food crops and raising of livestock, horses, or poultry are permitted in accordance with the following provisions:
      1. Minimum lot area: five acres.
      2. No storage of manure or odor or dust-producing substance be permitted within 150 feet of any property line.
      3. No building in which farm animals are kept shall be closer than 150 feet to any adjoining lot line.
      4. A single-family detached residence is permitted on a lot which is used for agriculture, provided that it meets the lot area and dimensional requirements for the single-family detached dwelling in the district in which the lot is located.
